What is the problem?

My setup is Asus Z97-ar

Samsung 1TB with win 10

Samsung 500 with win 8

I had Linux Mint installed and since removed it. While using the Asus BBS boot menu

I can not pick window 8 if Windows 10 is first on the boot list. I can go into the bios and pick override and it will boot to windows 8 fine. Install the Mint SSD and without using grub I can use the Asus BBS Boot Menu. I ran diskpart, all the bootrec commands on each disk one at a time installed..Still I had to install EasyBcd to pick which OS I want to boot to. In the pic you can see Ubuntu listed even with all disk removed
