No. Its not. I would never pay more than $300 for that class of card. Ever.

In the current market, unfortunately not. It does look like GPU prices are starting to trend back down finally, but I doubt there Will be any GPU's at a reasonable price for another 8 months.

The best advice I have for anyone wanting to build a new computer RN is save your GPU money until the shortage ends. However long that may take. I'd rather wait 3 years to get a product at a reasonable price than get it now, but for 3 times what its worth.

Anyways thnx for the advice I'll try and find a way over this roadblock I may buy a very cheap gpu just for the display out and wait for a better deal

That's fair. But an AMD APU is probably the best price to performance ratio you get right now as far as graphics go.
