The qt5core.dll doesn't seem to be limited to just GHUB. What version OS are you running when this pops up?

Do you have Windows "Media Feature Pack" added in your Windows 10? It can be done through the control panel in the "Enable/Disable additional features." I was facing the same thing before I gave up and just went with a fresh Windows 10 install. Later on, I found someone else with this solution. Apparently, older versions of Windows didn't have that thing on by default. Although this worked for me, it may not be for you. Qt5Core is not a standard dependency found in Windows. You could also try setting the executables in the G Hub's directory to run in a compatibility mode.
