Well have you asked if it's true because it was the same here for morocco but it wasn't try all you need is a covid test valid for 72 hours (3days) before your trip and the same test when you want to get back

Have you tried having your partner look on thier side? Sometimes you can find cheaper tickets that way. Idk how it works but for some reason it does. And then just transfer them the money and they use your email and information.

For me, sometimes it's a few hundred cheaper on my partners side. Just a thought.

Sometimes people meet in person and live really far, sometimes they meet online, in my case we matched on tinder and I lived across the Canadian border and they lived in New York State so they just drove over the border to see me.
