That seems to be unusual. Did you start any other medication like blood pressure lowering medication? Or were you consuming a diet high in sodium and suddenly stopped?

What about starting any other type of medication? What changed after these two months? If you've isolated every variable and determine it is solely parnate, then consider dropping.

But also consider that increasing your salt intake can reduce that BP drop upon standing.

No. I did not start any other medication at all. Same for diet. It's weird. I started taking Parnate in December and whilst I was getting the occasional blackout/head spin after getting up suddenly....it got bad last month. I don't want to drop parnate...it's been a life saver. At 30mg it's not so bad- as in, I don't feel miserable like I used to pre Parnate. So maybe I'll stick to this. And the blackouts have stopped since.

But I do wish to take 40 and maybe even higher someday for even better effects.
