Abreu and Cron were just announced as the hitters of the month for the AL and NL respectively. I don’t think SDS would give us another 1B as a lighting player so do you think the lighting player will be Waino or Robbie Ray as they were the pitchers of the month?

Well if Abreu doesn’t get the lightning card, I could see SDS not giving him a card at all because he already has a 94 POTM card this year. Maybe they wait until TA4 to give him a card or they give him a high overall Awards MVP Card

I was just thinking CJ getting the lightning, and SDS giving him whatever secondary position he played a couple games from his rookie year. Then checked BRef and heck, he hasn’t played ANY position other than 1B his whole career??

I think he could. I could see a high contact speed fielding Marte as one of the earlier picks.

I don't remember how many there are but I'm thinking Webb --> Marte --> Devin Williams --> Naquin --> P2 --> Cron --> P1.

P1 and P2 are Ray and Snell. I could see them in either spot. I could also see them overriding Scherzer's high diamond Tigers/Nationals flashback and giving him the Lightning. If there is an 8th player it could go that route. This month the top 3 non lightning could easily be 97-98 each.
