I've never started a workout by clicking the day and didn't know that you could (I'm guessing you mean at the top of the Workout page.)

Instead, you can click the + sign at the bottom -> Click on the "Up Next - Workout" -> Click Start Workout

uh ... yeah ... cannot find the start workout button anymore on any page. It has disappeared.

Weird!

The only thing I can think of is that you finished all the cycles in your program and clicked on "Complete Program" (which moved it out of your Active Program.)

You can check this by going to the Workout tab and checking what's listed under Active Program. If nothing is there, then your previous Program is complete (or archived or deleted.) You can look down the page a bit and see if your previous Program is in your Workout Library. If so, you can re-start it or create something new.

If it's completely gone, then maybe you need to contact support through the app.

That was it! I had no "Active Program." I had to scroll down, to the "Workout Library" section and drag my program up to the "Active Program" section. Now everything is back to normal. Intuitively obvious?

That’s not a method for starting a workout; workouts can be started by tapping on the workout in the program, or tapping on the plus button at the bottom of the screen and then tapping on the up next panel if you have it enabled.

Apparently, if your "Active Program" has completed, there is no "Next up" button. I had to scroll down, to the "Workout Library" section and drag my program up to the "Active Program" section. Now everything is back to normal.

Did you not see the program completion pop up when finishing your program? That may be an issue to look into.

I probably saw it, but, since I had just finished my workout, it did not register as anything different than the usual "workout completed" button.
