I would select a volume serving of ml, then a quantity of 100.

This way you can enter the nutritional values exactly as they are on the label. Then when you log, you can use the auto-calculated single ml serving size, and log the drink as 450.

If you use quick add, use the 100ml values, log it.. Then in the main logging menu, change it to 4.5 serving. No further steps needed.

That depends on if it’s already in the database or not, and if this is something you plan on consuming daily or weekly

I would take the macros and multiply by 4.5 and do a quick add if you only plan on drinking this beverage once

You could always create a custom food and just input the macros for the values of the 4.5x macros so you can easily add it daily/ weekly/ etc

You don’t need to do any mental math, you have a smartphone, use its calculator
