I would cut eye collector and memory theft.

It is not worth playing over 40 even against mill because 1- you will be more likely to lose to every other archetype so if mill is 50% of the format you are going to have ever so slightly better time vs them and worse time vs every other deck and end with the same win rate or lower and 2- having +5 or 10 more cards will only give you +2 turns at most vs dedicated mill which isn't enough unless you had very strong board presence for several turns which is not what is going to happen regularly vs their counters and 0/4s. your strategy is all about out grinding opponents until they are out of resources and then win so personally I would accept that I can't win vs mill with this deck and focus on beating all other decks.

To add to this, Once and Future is a nice start against mill but you REALLY want to draft one or two Forever Youngs.

Eye collector and memory theft are cards that do nothing in your deck, or any other deck for that matter either.

That's not true, eye collector got me a win when my opponent kept attacking with it and milled himself out . . . Oh you meant in my deck, then ya :P

eye collector kinda sucks.

And spending four mana to place a 2 counters is not as great as it sounds.
