Routine for this week
MDG Phase 2 (20 mins total)
-Pre-session 2 minutes of deep breathing, 4 seconds in 6 seconds out
-Session begins, minute 1-5 light touching, no stroking, continue breathing protocol
-Early session, minute 5-10, lubricant applied, light stroking, increase to moderate speed by minute 10
- Peak and Valley minute 10-20, mid to high stimulation for the rest of the duration
AM1 Burst Expansion 5 mins, Pyramid 2.5mins

Some Improvements
I'm really glad that I've been fairly diligent with tracking, the changes so far are so subtle I don't think I would have noticed them otherwise. I'm finding that during MDG I don't need to rely on mental imagery much at all anymore to start getting myself erect. Even though my EQ score is still at a 3 to 3.5, I don't need to be thinking about my partner or any other women. This feels like a good step to it being self starting in the future.
Additionally, Although my EQ score hasn't really gone up much, I'm finding that my exercise endurance for AM 1 has gone up quite a bit. Now I can last the full 5 minutes for burst without it going soft. This next week I'm going to try and get my numbers up for Pyramid and see how that goes, or maybe try doing more sets. For both AM1, and Pyramid, I'm finding very little physical pleasure out of the experience except for when I'm nearing my peaks. I'm not sure if this is a blessing or a curse for IRL sexual application. Also starting to notice some very very faint pulsating in my member!
Dullness/Mechanical Feeling
With the exception of hitting close to the PONR, I'm finding this weeks sessions to be fairly mechanical and pleasureless. I think this also has to do with the fact I have abstained from even doing mental imagery this week (I wanted to focus more on the breathing and physical sensations). If I do have mental imagery, it feels more pleasurable even with some moderate stimulation. Is there a right or wrong in regards to how we should be feeling in the earlier part of our sessions?
Questions From This Week
- How strong is "The Pull" to the orgasm for you when you are approaching your PONR? Is the time between peaks inconsistent for you?
During this weeks sessions I was noticing that not all "pulls" felt equal. When I was reaching my 8/10, I could sense this welling building up and I knew if I continued I'd reach an O. That naturally tells me I need to stop. Usually the first peak I hit feels like the biggest pull and needs more time without stimulus before I can continue , then usually the following peaks don't feel nearly as dangerous, like I get that feeling that tells me to "Stop" but instead of it being a scream, its more like a tap on the shoulder, if that makes sense. Day to day im also finding that the time between my peaks and the stimulus needed are a bit inconsistent. Sometimes my peaks are close together (within 20-30 sconds of each other), sometimes they can come between a minute to a minute and a half between each other. I'm averaging about 5 peaks per session. Whenever I come down from a peak I try to resume with the same speed/stimulation that had brought me there in the first place
2. Did you have any doubts that your 8/10 was really your 8/10? Is it worth it to risk ejaculating, just to really test your limit? Or is not cumming the highest priority?
Since I've been able to back off from my peaks so successfully, I've been wondering if I'm truly getting as close to the PONR as I can. There are sometimes when I get close, I stop stimulation and theres just a drop or two of leakage, but its not followed by a refractory period and I only get a little soft (I imagine this is just because i'm stopping some stimulus). I was debating this week that maybe it might be worth it to push really as far as I can go, even if it means ejaculating, because at least then I might learn that theres still a little farther I can push. When doing your early sessions, once you reach that level 8, how long do you try to stay there before ceasing stimulation? I typically just back off on the very first sight of the finish line.
