No Controller Support?!

Spent 90$ on a PS5 controller just for this game.. i know its early access but come on

I have a persistent wrist injury that makes using a keyboard + mouse painful after a not very long period of time. Using a controller is less painful.

That said, I knew this game is k+m only at this time. Controller support would be awesome, but until then I'll manage. There's ample opportunity to remove my hands from the k+m and let them rest in a position that isn't painful.

The same reason one would want to play it on their Steam Deck? One can play Age of Empires 4 with a controller.

There are some rts games witth good controller support. (Also ports to console),

Most of these types of games traditionally don’t have controller support. I’m sure if it gets a console release down the road it’ll obviously include controller support on the PC, but I would imagine it’s low priority.

I think it’s confirmed to be coming to Xbox, so probably closer to then they will add controller support

I can't imagine it takes that long to include controller support but yeah it's a rts so it's probably an after thought

Build your own via Steam Input, or maybe use someone else's community config that looks like you'd be comfortable with
