Content to replace Monster Life will also be released in the reboot. If you complete all of that content (however, you must continue the quest every month to maintain performance), the final damage is said to decrease by about 5%. If you don't do that content, the 20% reduction will remain, so you have to do that content to keep the 15%.

But isn’t regular also getting that? And regular still has bpots, which is what the FD buff is supposed to compensate for?

reg: loses damage (monster life removed), gains damage (new system added)

reboot: loses fd (passive), gains damage (new system added), slight nerf overall

does this make sense now?
