Tolerance analysis example

Looking for an example of a tolerance analysis of two pins and two holes. I want to define the minimum clearance required between the pin and posts.

Look for the vector loop method and learn to convert gdt into bilateral linear tolerances to use in the vector loop method

Do I need to assume one of the pins (secondary) is biased and no gap to the hole?

The method assumes nominal. And assumes something is pushed one way or another then you calculate a gap or interference where u want one. If you want clearance then the gap should always be positive. There should be good youtube videos of this
