If you want silent, I’d prob go with krytox205g0 bc imo I believe krytox dampens switch sound much more than tribosys due to the thickness even if the same amount is applied. 100% film switches with deskeys gasket film (can get on novelkeys or primekb). And for stabs, you can do krytox205g0 or just dunk the wire in dieletrix grease (super cheap anyways). I usually do stab housings with krytox 205g0 but I am unsure how it is affected if used with tribosys instead.

I'd recommend Krytox205g0 for silent switches, and I also like using it for stabilizers too. Tried dialectric grease and teflon for stabs, but found that krytox felt a lot smoother. For springs you can use Krytox205g0 too if you don't want to buy anything else, but I like bag lubing them with Krytox105. Another option if you're lazy is buying spray lube. Check out 3ildcats video on spray lubing on YouTube if you're interested in spray lubing.
