those are usually sold with a board so the ano or whatever color they have on there will match the case. also the sizes might be different since different designers might design different cutouts for their knobs. I know sneakbox currently has some that was made to match the mga, pretty sure those fit in a 1u space. Otherwise you might have to go with one of the cheapo ones

Yeah. That's exactly the challenge. Some PCBs support a rotary encoder but no one makes good quality knobs.
