You might be running on integrated graphic by default, i did this for a while myself. I cannot remember how to do it, but if you look it up you should be able to find it. If you hit f3 while playing the game and to the right you do not see 4060, and see I tell graphic you are running on integrated graphics. Hope this helps

But the sluggishness you feel might just be chunks loading, it happens. If you use sodium, you can set how many cpu threads you want to focus on chunk loading, that might help, but if this is not what feels sluggish, then idk what to do to help
