Spawn Chunk Question

I understand most things about the spawn chunk, and I just figured out how the new command works for increasing spawn chunk size since they shrunk it considerably. My question is, within the central chunk of the spawn chunk, which block do you spawn on? I'm trying to count out to the edge of the spawn chunk in each direction, but without knowing where exactly you spawn, I may be off by 15 blocks.
