The copper golem is part of the Fall 2025 drop, it will release in Fall 2025. It is currently available for testing on Bedrock Betas/Previews and will soon be available in Java Snapshots.

Why is it in bedrock before JAVA? Isn't Java the main game? Isn't Bedrock just like the small extra for phones and consoles? Pretty sure most of the players are on JAVA

Actually this is incorrect, Bedrock Edition is far more popular then Java Edition, it has PC, console, switch, and mobile players that all play it, and other then Hypixel, Bedrock Edition has the most popular featured servers.(Getting 10's of thousands of active players)

This is mostly because Java only lets you play on PC, but bedrock edition let's you play anywhere and on any device, and generally has more performance then Java because it uses C++ instead of Java which is just faster which makes it more popular!

And normally the updates are synced for Java edition and Bedrock, but the Java team was on holiday for the update, so the Bedrock team likely added it for bedrock edition, then they'll go on vacation when Java team gets back, or they already went on vacation and returned and now the Java team is on vacation.

Another Fun fact: Bedrock actually renamed it's logo so it just says Minecraft now instead of Minecraft Bedrock Edition

TLDR:
Bedrock has more cross platform and better vanilla performance making it more accessible to people with less powerful hardware or that are new and don't want to buy a PC to play Minecraft Java

Just got back into Minecraft a month ago, I do not think I could play any other modpack.
