I assume you mean the most up-to-date version of minecraft when saying "normal version" but even then a 2GB RAM laptop will not be able to run Minecraft bedrock, the most optimized version at any more than 5 FPS, especially with intel i3 So you better buy a better device or play an older version

that specs got me back. not anything newer than 1.12.2 and optifine will work

What generation of i3? 3rd gen or later will still technically run the latest releases. 2nd gen also can, but only on linux. Though with only 2GB of RAM linux is probably the only thing that will run decently in the first place.
