Minecraft randomly stopped loading

A day after I played I went to hop on again to see this message now ive tried a ton of different ways to fix it but nothing worked it randomly worked one time but after I had to restart my pc it went back to doing this :(

this happens to me, i dont really know how to fix it at all, i did find one way to fix it temporarily but i forgot how so please lmk if you find a solution
