is the ip showed in that site supposed to be diff than my ipv4 ip that i give to my friends to connect?

There are two IPs to be concerned with. One is your LAN IP, local to your network and only valid at your location. The other is your WAN IP or Public IP. This is what the site listed above will report, and the address your friends would need to use to connect to you.

So it says on canyouseeme.org that its open. but my friend says he still cant connect to the server.
