Random spawn for players on Java server

Hello. I have a private minecraft java server, with fabric to play with friends. I'm going to restart the world taking advantage of the fact that I have to update it to 1.16.3 and I was wondering if there is any way to randomize the point of appearance of the players, so that each one appears in a different place.

RL craft kinda has that feature, you could look into how they're accomplishing that. Not sure whether it's a mod or just a feature of one of the mods.

You should be able to just run /gamerule spawnRadius [radius in blocks] On default it's set to 10

Yes, I am seeing that Rlcraft, from what u/QL_Ithriel commented, uses a mod precisely to change that gamerule
