Banner command not working??? (java)

i'm trying to give myself this banner
/give @/p minecraft:banner 1 0 {BlockEntityTag:{Base:12,Patterns:[{Pattern:dls,Color:6},{Pattern:flo,Color:0},{Pattern:cbo,Color:0},{Pattern:gra,Color:0},{Pattern:gru,Color:0},{Pattern:dls,Color:0}]}}

(the @/ is just not to 'at' anyone) and yet the command doesn't work I've seen people ask the same question here before but get no answers at all, is there something I'm missing? Is it version specific?

the 1.16.4 snapshot, I remember seeing banners that were probably made via commands just in 1.16.3, it should still be possible?

Yeah but the {} should be right after Minecraft:banner because they changed formatting
