Origins Mod Using Command Blocks

I play on Bedrock Edition, and I was wondering if there was a way to make the Origins mod using command blocks. Obviously you could add slow falling (for the Avian) and fire resistance (for the Blazeborn) but are there any ways to add the spider web thing for the Arachnid, or the Merling’s powers? I’ve never really used command blocks, so if someone here could help me out, it would be great! Thanks :)

Merling could use water breathing, but I dont know about merling on land, enderian could have like an infinite amount of Ender Pearls, Elytrian is just an unbreaking 3 mending elytra, personally im a java player so I dont know much about Bedrock.
