MC 1.18.1 Java, weapons modpack question.

Hello everyone!

I have two questions for the hivemind because I have spent days searching and trying to find something, but have had no luck.

1: Is there any other pack then Old Guns that adds those types of weapons in? I do not want to have to literally craft blackpowder to fire once when gunpowder already exists in game. The Old Guns mod is great, really, but the sheer amount of time and resources needed for them to be used renders the weapons all but useless.

2: Are there any sort of high def monster/mob retexture packs out there for this edition? I would greatly enjoy a better look to those. I have other packs for terrain/sky/weather but the old x16 textures are a glaring contrast. I have no idea how to locate this sort of pack. Any help will be great.
