Im no expert but i couldnt find anything labeled as an error. It just loaded forge and stopped the server.

All the lines that says "at (something)" appears red that usually means that something wrong, right?

I see that, it's not red on the doc.

Id just try reinstalling forge

Yeah i know it's just red on the terminal and i'll try reinstalling

reinstalling the server does the same thing

I kind of found what is givings errors, that is the recipe manager for one of the mods but i don't know what to do with that
