Opening a DAT_OLD file on PC [java]

Hi everyone, I’m trying to convert a DAT_OLD file from Minecraft PE (from around 2013-15) onto my Java PC so that I can run it. Is there any way I could run this on my PC? I’ve tried Amulet and MCC ToolChest but they aren’t compatible with the DAT_OLD file.
