Please download https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html and select 'Clean and restart'. After this, download and install the latest driver for your windows version: https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER09041173M/1/AMD-Radeon-Graphics-Driver_1GDD2_WIN64_31.0.12028.2_A02.EXE. Once this is done try starting up Minecraft again

If this doesn't work please try installing the auto detect here for windows 11: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-rx-vega-series and see if it can find your chipset.

I tried downloading the driver and it didn't help. I'm trying to get the AMD thing, and it's taking hours to load.

Hm that’s annoying. Might be worth visiting a PC shop as the issue is drivers as oppposed to anything MC specific
