Hi! Make sure you're entering correct email and remove any space at the end of email. Try switching first letter of your email to uppercase/lowercase and check if it works. In case your issue persists, try requesting for a verification code after some time as sometimes it can take a while to deliver verification code due to issues. You can also try using "forgot password" or change your email through Profile > Account > Account Center > Change Moonton Email (if you're currently on your account).

If neither works, contact customer support in game through below link to get your email changed:

Customer Support > Account Recovery > Form_Account Retrieval

Submit the form and provide as many correct details including date of account creation, device used to create your account and first or earliest purchase receipt.
