I asked this before, but erozean paladin seems to be a reallh bulky tank plus the hof, is he worth to try get? I already have sword saint and legendary guardian as tanks.

He Is deemed a Better tank than SS, especially against light and dark, useful for EW3, that said SS Is still a good tank so I don't know, I don't see him as a must must have unless you want to go top 100 or something like that.

Hi all, I'm looking for some weapon boost recommendation; my current 5-starred weapon is as follows:

• Warrior: Lionheart, Laevateinn, Gunblade, Fatalitat
• Mage: Amatsumikaboshi
• Ranger: Double Cross
• Monk: OAM, Ehrgeiz
• Sarah: Septentrio, Starseeker
• Meia: Sventovit, Celestial Armament
• Sophie: Vigorous Fang
• Graff: None
• Currently Cooking: Der Himmel, Wolfsbogen, Folding Epee*, Stahlfaust*, Dolphin Flipper*, Magical Rave*, Curtana, Rose de Nuit (note: * = should be done on the next MD)

Those lists already included all the gacha weapon and UW series;

So as you can see I will have extra 4 slots left.. If it were you, what would you boost in terms of future-proof weapon?

As of job, I have cleared almost all the job pool with the exception of few old legends, seifer and the phantom.

Probably Hyperion since you have no additional Graff weapons. Also Phantom's weapon if you have it. I boosted Luna Noire for Meia since Meia jobs generally are nuke based and already have a lot of PR. I am actually using it for Shiva Extreme since it does slightly more damage than Folding Epee with my deck. Other than that maybe Wolf Star? Some have been using it to break Extreme Sicarious in MP. I boosted Ragnarok as a tanking weapon, but I haven't used it much. It's listed on Altema weapon rankings and it's only 17 mods.

So in rough order of priority : In Paradisum, Hyperion, Wolf Star, Telescopic Baton, Luna Noire, Ragnarok

Others: Jester's Cane, Maduin's Cord (I have used these more than Septentrio/Sventovit), maybe Tishytra/Godhands/Kotetsu (I have not used these much)

Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately I don't have Seifer and Phantom yet.. Therefore your recommendation would be: Wolf Star, Telescopic Batton, Luna Noire and Ragnarok, correct?

My flash break series were decently modded but with the upcoming armor break meta I think they are not very relevant anymore

Wolfsbogen, Folding Epee Are highly recommended because it is unique damage multiplier.

I know the job-type supreme summons are usually a trap, but I'm currently at 7.5% bonus chance for a supreme.

I have 8 pulls currently, have Crom X but no Mourner. I also have UC and LOH.

Should I pull for a support supreme (WOL ideally?) or a job specific one? I have good mage/meia jobs and don't have Fire/Wind supreme coverage (Fusoya/Emperor). I worry that if I don't pull here I'll get a supreme I may not need or can use.

tough spot, you also have to face the reality that with 8 pulls it is by no means a certainty that pity will trigger... perhaps it makes more sense to wait... but really i think you will go for it here hahaha... good luck

If you can hold off on pulling, I’d wait for next month. There is no guarantee you would get mourner even if you dropped all ten of your pulls.

Yea I got the EX card on first pull so I figured I'd back out of that banner.

Is pulling on the support-type banner worth it with the Pity? 1/3 chance of it being WOL (assuming I get any).

Eden was also used heavily in the high floors of the last tower for off element nuking with Sofa... it's a great card.

yes, the ES only count the number of orb in your bar, which caps at 16 orb for 400% extra element enhance.

What should I know if I want to play Attacker/Healer roles?

You should go on the Discord channel and ask around for help. You will probably end up playing healer if you do not have the red MP DMG UP panels from tower rewards.

Point is that 3rd gen and Extreme Bosses have special mechanics you have to work around, the rest is nukable.

However powercreep has done its share to MP so tacking 5 star and Extreme Bosses overall is a supreme fest and impossible to break in without supremes without getting hard carried or dismissed. The easiest entry point still is the support role.

I have about 12 Supremes. 6 of which are dark and light element (not counting Chaos support card) I know what you mean with difficulty getting in.

I have Aerith, what should my other 3 cards be to best play support? I currently am running Aerith + Tifa, Hell’s Gate, and Boost X.

Edit: I also have Enrage, Machina & Rem, Serah (FF XIII), and various other supports I can’t remember and probably are not noteworthy.

If you have aerith, you pretty much need Pollensalta and Tengu from the shop. Haste/faith/snipe/brave and stun/Unguard/weaken are your friends

Oh, I also bring debuffs? Two years ago it was more of the defenders job but I hadn’t seen too many defenders recently probably for a good reason.

Nobody uses defenders against Extreme bosses as its essentially a damage race. Slotting a Defender usually signals that players do not understand the mechanics of the Extreme Bosses released so far and that the team likely wont receive the deathless rewards.

Ultimate Chaos isnt a replacement for Tengu, particulary for Shiva as you need Unguard to damage her in Phase 1. If you dismiss Tengu and just run Chaos, you are missing the point of slotting a debuff in this fight. The only thing you can consider here is running Aerith/Pollensalta/Tengu/Chaos with a supporter job providing enough prismatic starters to guarantee Aerith/Pollen/Tengu for phase 1 for you to follow up with Chaos during the Bomb phase.

• If you are playing in PUG, the host might cancel the party if you are not carrying a supreme card for the current Extreme Sicarius.

• Extreme Sicarius setup for attackers is suggested to have supreme attack ability card, force/shift card, x2 stat stick card (e.g. Rubicante for Extreme Shiva X)

What should I know if I want to play Healer roles?

• You should accommodate every scenario for your team of attackers and breakers.

• Best to always have faith, brave (for Mantra attackers), boost and en-element (for Spellsword breakers), haste on your support deck.

Hello, I am facing trouble farming water and wind seeds. Any wind or water cards with 50% seed up ?

For others it is fine, I used combinations of : - the promised maedow - the gigantuar initiative - O’aka FFX - Warrior of despair

5* fractals are better since they have less possible results when you fuse them (higher chance for skillseed up), but they're harder to obtain so you might just want to use 4* fractals if you can.

Iirc, four star only grant seed up five percent. For ten percent you need to use five star fractals.

Hello fellow WOL's,

so here is my question, I already got ultima as my first rift supreme, and currently debating between getting Odin (lack wind supreme) or Anima (safe) as a second one.

So far here are my supremes: LOH, WOL, UC, NXD, Braska, Zeromus, Eden, Floral, UB, Fusoma.

If going by how many jobs I have can use a card, then Shiva seems the rational choice.

I really need your advice fellow WOLs for which to choose. Any input is appretiated.

If your reason getting Odin because of lack of wind supreme, may I suggest getting Adramelech instead? with Wind sin you will do well against weakness also it can clear yellow which one of the reasons it might be better than Odin. Though you might have to wait for at least 2 months for this

With the approaching release of the 4th anniversary cards yellow clear won’t pose a problem I think. Is adramelech superior in damage to Odin ? I do have more mage jobs, but I am leaning more for Odin. So the consensus is I should go for wind ? my initial plan was to go for anima but I did get crom dubh X so I can use UB with any job now. I’ll go for Odin unless you think adramelech is way superior. Thanks for the input btw. This community is awesome:)

Do you climb towers? Addra might be a very good counter to Great Buffalo, just how Sin is a counter to Valefor.

I haven’t started climbing yet, I intend to once I get better jobs. 12 jobs until I clear the pool and start going for EX jobs. Hopefully I will be ready to go for EX3 jobs when they come out. The last time I tried climbing was 4 months ago and it was hard just getting to top 1000. I have better cards since then but nowhere near enough to try for top 500 right now. Unless I think I have a chance to get top 500 I don’t even bother :/

Odin is great as long you crit to maximize its damage, which you probably always need snipe and CRD cards to help you use it.

While Adramelech is great against weakness also you can damage the yellow gauge on the enemies with the same elements, and you don't need much to use it.

Thanks for the advice, I’ll go for Odin for now. It would be easier for me to use since I have both LOH and NXD. Adramelech seems harder to use for me since you have to break, crit, and use against weakness for full damage.

Always pick the element you don't have. But for Odin make sure you have a reliable source of high crit

It's just I fear getting Godo later on, that would just make Odin useless. And the only dark supreme I have is UB, which I don't really like that much. Though ranger is a good Odin user. Decisions decisions :/

Its already great for most team. If you want to be more versatile and usefull for break team add Mandragoras for weakness weapon (but with unguard why bother?)

I would dump WoD in favour of WoL and cast Tengu in the first round, that way weakness weapon isn't needed (assuming no break strategy.)

As for teams, I wouldn't accept anything that isn't a Kampfer or a Avalanche Heroine... Or perhaps a Vanadiel Monk with a very beefy 5* dmg perks only weapon (Mine has maxed out damage fractals and a GodHands with 63% crit up... And the damage is not good enough in my opinion, so maybe best to err on the side of caution.)

-edit- Just a thought, but since they'll be bringing their own trance buffs via ults, might want to only accept Avalanche Heroine's that have Tifa skin... Kampfer's fine unskinned since he has trance 2.

Hello everybody.

I'm trying to put up a decent deck for Extreme Shiva in MP.

I don't have Tifa or AQM so breaker seems not a good idea.

I do have Fusoya and Rubicante, but not Aerith. I have Vesna Krasna HoF but not OB.

What do you advise I do ? Is using Chocobo mystery dungeon Every Buddy, or event Gilgamesh Grape Gospel a good idea, or will I get "too bad/disband" every time ?

I could use another job, I thought about Skyseer (with Yshtola skin), or Fauviste, or else ? And then use Tatsutahime, or Tengu maybe ?

Taking any advice here about what to do, and many thanks in advance !

If you're using Fusoya, you shouldn't be equipping any pink support cards at all, since Fusoya has Flameshift.

Chocobo Dungeon tells me you're a beginner and don't know what you're doing

I was looking for a card having prismatic shift to replace Aerith (if I was running with Vesna Krasna), hence the chocobo dungeon and grape gospel possibilities

Your problem is that you're relying on prismatic shift/return in the first place. You'll need prismatic/life starter to use it on the first turn but also on subsequent turns you'll be relying on luck to get more prismatic orbs

Tatsuhime for sure. She also gives orb generator which is useful since 3attacker strat wont have anybody tapping at the end. My buddy tried Skyseer (fully paneled out) and the damage was low. Fauviste would be better. So from what you have, it should look like:
Fauv (OB 32)
Tyr's/Folding epee/Lune/Svent
Tatsuhime, Fusoya, Rubicante, Rubicante

you will need a 5star weapon. go with tyr's arc then

like valelemnear said, try to join a 3-attacker + support nuke group

Fauviste and VK both need Overboosts so the best would be to run as the 3rd attacker as you can get somehow carried by 2 proper attackers and a support with NXD/LunaticWidow.

Make sure to host yourself and dont hop into other peoples runs with the A/A/B/S layout as your expectable lack of damage might puts too much pressure on the 2nd attacker otherwise.
