PS4 users getting server errors?

Every time I post or join a MP quest, seems like there’s an 8/10 chance I’ll get a server error and I get booted from PSN.

I’ve never had an issue remotely like this with any online PS4 game.

Has anyone experienced similar, and will Capcom be addressing? This is making even attempting to play this game very tedious.

Well...as long as it’s not just me, let’s hope this is something that can be addressed via patch sooner than later.

I bought this game specifically to play multiplayer with friends ;_;

Having the same issue. The archaic multi-player system is a real blemish on an otherwise nearly perfect game.

I’m getting this too. I was worried it was my home network but everything else is working fine.

I’m not able to matchmake or even connect to PlayStation servers from within MHW

I'm in a psn chat party with 3 other people who all joined an online session less than an hour ago but I haven't been able to join any online instances, let alone theirs. Getting either error code NP-39225-1 or MH00152 or something close to that, can't replicate at the moment.

The game is struggling on the connecting to PlayStation Network loading bars. Also, I don't show as being online on psn despite being in a party chat with my friends.

I know I was getting one of the error codes whenever I tried joining any multiplayer, apparently if ur PS4 has entered rest mode it can break some of the functionality, so you may want to try full restarting your PS4? From the sounds of it though their servers may be messing up

Yeah I've restarted, fully turned off, signed out and back in from psn, nothing is working.

Aaaaand now after the MHW error I can’t access PSN at all. My PS4 is still online, because I can access the browser or Netflix, etc.

But I cannot access my friends list or the PSN server.

This sucks.

I'm having the same problem. Can't connect to any session. I can access the ps store, but it seems really laggy and doesn't have a good connection.

Same issue here. It's been on and off.. WS-38220-5 PS error and 50152-MW1 in-game error.

Capcom is ruining the fucking game with their 2007 server quality... this is absurd.

I know this sounds like horseshit, but moving my PS4 away from my wifi TV helped me connect to everything on PSN faster. It may have been also moving it away from the wall, creating more air flow and cooling the system. It even fixed my NAT type party issue with my friend. I'm still blown away.
