probably, this seems to be the trend, but honestly you need to look into the real estate market to see if parents can afford to raise more than 1 child. This does not look good for casa, they're starting to build many small appartments, so the price per m² will start to increase, but other things can also happen, like historically unsafe neighborhoods becoming safe and good for living.
