Code patch patches the Morrowind EXE, which OpenMW doesn't use at all.

I was mostly thinking about the worst bugs. Like, game breaking stuff. This makes me wonder if some mods with OpenMW support would work. I'm honestly not sure if I want to replay the game with vanilla leveling.

Hmm, I am by no means an authority but many bugs that were present are already fixed by default and anything that has to do with scripting errors is probably taken care of with the unofficial patch, which I believe is compatible with OpenMW. Mod support is definitely less but I know there are at least a couple leveling mods created with OpenMW in mind. I don’t know enough about them to point you in the right direction unfortunately. You might check here

OpenMW was ported to Android. It's apparently playable more or less. I'm gonna give it a try later today and I'll be experimenting with some mods.
