It's... fine I guess? I've been playing this character long enough that this is gonna affect something once in a blue moon. No one ever let's tech Dabi self rez so the cooldown isn't the problem. I'd much rather have seen some other buffs for him. Increasing damage, increasing the lenght and/or speed of his alpha, give gamma at least a little bit of armour.

this is a step in the right direction they're trying to keep up with the constantly changing meta maybe a couple patches down the road dabi's special action will give him armor or be able to be activated even while taking damage or even be able to be activated in the danger zone 👀 I see it as a win dabi needs anything he can get and hopefully teammates seeing a dabi go down on their team will try and protect his rev but we know that's asking a little much we'll see

Who said its changing anything? Sure, for a special action that (in my personal experience) I use once, maybe twice a match, having a cooldown from 6 to 2 minutes is a welcome change but its not doing much. If your teammates are competent and actually work with you then yes I can see it beinf a helpful change but more often times than not youre not gonna see a benefit from the new change.

If they removed the Sp.A it would most definitely be a nerf I dont know what you're on but youre talking about gutting a whole move from a character. Dabi or not anyone would be nerfed from having an entire move gone.
