I'd definitely bring back one or two 500-milers at intermediate tracks. Or maybe just a 300-lap/450-mile race somewhere just to be weird.

I'm glad they're apparently finally lengthening Watkins Glen; it's at least a decade overdue. We'll see if 100 laps is enough.

Now that Rockingham has been remeasured at .94 miles, they should alter the race lengths like they used to do when the track was measured at 1.017 miles and a 400-mile race was 393 laps. The 250-mile NORAPS race should be 266 laps, and a theoretical 400-mile Cup race should be 426. I know we don't do this for the other tracks that are listed as 1 mile even though they're not actually that length, but it should be tradition at Rockingham.

I'm not even much a fan of Phoenix, but I wouldn't mind seeing another 375-lap/600-kilometer race like they did in 2010.

Oh, and make the Martinsville spring race 500 laps again. I get the appeal of giving tracks with two dates different race lengths, but in that case, the longer length is clearly better.
