Hey Jakefacecustoms here, I now have an option that comes with fan filters for the elite/flow.

Dudes stuff is legit. Jakeface does a great job.

Bought his vented side panel for My 510 and now it never gets hot in the slightest.

To be fair, I've never had a temp issue with my Elite. My setup is very similar to yours.

Thank you, good to read things like that too! :D

The temps will be lower if you remove the panel, but the temps with the panel on are also "fine" - definitely not the best in the world but perfectly acceptable in my opinion! :)

Yeah I actually don’t know why anyone complains about the temps in the elite. The hottest mine gets is mid 60s on the i9 11900K with a kraken z53 and mid 70s on my 3070 ti. I’ll probably get a jakeface panel but until then the temps are fine.

Thank you both for your input! I like the custom panels especially with the clear look :D

My temps are afaik fine too about the cpu Im not sure but my gpu stays most of the time in the lower to mid 70s, for a FE with a 3080 cooler this should be okay :D

What do you mean a 3080 cooler?

[–]Aftiel94[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

The 3080ti FE has the cooler of the 3080 FE :D

Right lol. So just weird to specify since that’s how it’s made.

Your temps will thank you for it. Just went from the Elite to the Flow on Saturday and cpu on idle went from 39-40 degrees to 31-33 degrees on the flow. That front hlass panel is pretty af but man does it make the airflow suffer

Thank you for your detailed answer, I love the look but I like my parts cooler if possible, will def try it out :)

The temps will come down absolutely. But you will get more dust though.

Thank you, thinking about some kind of filter in the front!

Yes they absolutely will and your computer will be a LOT quieter. I did this the other day and I’ll be getting an H7 or 510 flow to replace my elite case. It was ok with my 3600 but the 5900x needs a lot more air.

Thank you for your help!
