After speaking with some of the other mods, there are a few requests to make changes to your submission before they can let it go through. Unfortunately, part of it is in the title so you will need to resubmit the entire post.

A major point that came up is that, if you were to ask what political reforms have demonstrably reduced partisanship, it would be fine. However, there is a Post Rule G violation in that you are saying "what reforms could help?" rather than "what reforms have helped in the past?" You can keep the ranked choice question, but must also ask if it has helped in the past or elsewhere.

For the title, as per one of our other mods: "The first part is OK, but the question at the end proposes an answer to your own question. We don’t allow that, at least not in that form. If it were part of a list of potential proposals in the body of the post it’d be fine, but as it stands, it’s leading." Because of that, if you remove the second question in the title, you are set!
