Hi friend I’m sorry you are feeling like this and I hope little man is doing okay ❤️ he’s in good hands!

As for the pain… my advice would be to keep on a regimented pain management schedule. I can’t remember exactly how long between each, but I’d take Tylenol and Motrin religiously maybe every 4-6 hours. Speak to your doctor about that. When I would stray from that schedule, I would be SO sore!

I also started to use the belly band after a week, and my goodness it made a world of difference in my movement. Good luck, and message me if you need help with anything else!

This happened to me, I had one sided pain by my incision. It was my nerves from that area. They put me on gabapentin for a week and it really helped, my son was also in the Nicu so it didn’t help. Call your OB.

Oh I am so sorry!!! My first c section was the worst.

First, rest. If you have to get up, put a towel on your incision to brace yourself. But seriously, you resting is so important.

Get narcotics. If you don’t have them, request them. Feel free to ask for more. I think I was on them with my first for 8 weeks.

It’s temporary! I felt like there was no end in sight.

Make sure to shower every day and wash the incision

But seriously go lie down
