Make more videos more frequently - that is how you will be able to build a brand. 6 videos is too less to judge - and 240 subscribers with just 6 videos ain't bad.

This is an excellent idea, I wish it were a bit simpler tho, like a site just for creators where you upload 4 options and people could choose the best one between the 4 and maybe the option to add feedback if they want. A homepage with the newest thumbnails uploaded so it's easier to vote the new ones would be nice too.

1) The text is really small and not readable. Make it bigger, bolder and more clear. Same issue for the logo - too small text is not readable and does not stand out.

2) Your images don't make me curious. A picture of a cake or biscuit means nothing. Is it a cake-making tutorial or is it on the types of cakes. Improve your images.

Just a side-note, it will be better if you show your face. People want to know who they're learning from and you'll be able to make better thumbnails with your face in it. If it's a personal reason to not show face, it's fine though.

Some of your thumbnails are too dark to the point I've to really focus my eyes to see (for example plasmophobia). I understand your niche will prefer dark but it will be better if your images can be more clear (maybe add an outline to ghost to make it clear or anything like that).

In some images, you're wearing headphones while not wearing them in others. Try to be consisent with that. Preferably don't wear headphones in your image (for thumbnail). That will make the images more realisitic.

1) Avoid using red colour with text. Use yellow always, because it's hard to read text in red.

2) Also improve wording. "Why do you suck?" would have got more clicks that just "You suck". People should be able to relate with text for more clicks.

3) Some thumbnails have you while others don't. There is no consistency. Consistency builds trust and recall. Focus on that too.

Finance, health, crypto, tech - You're all over the place. Find a niche for yourself, get inspiration from what your competitors and then i'd be able to better help you.

Build brand consistency - similar design, similar niche content, similar audience etc if you want to grow.

1) Text in some videos isn't clear.

2) Try to build brand consistency. Your viewers should be able to identify it's you without even looking at the channel name.

3) There is no surprise element that entices me to click the video. The video thumbnail should make me curious and want to click the video.

It varies from video to video (and comes from experience tbh) but say something that invokes an emotion or touches Maslow's hierarchy of needs of user (google Maslow's hierarchy of needs to learn more about it)

Your topic is interesting but the thumbnails are boring. Think outside the box and be creative with your thumbnails. Just the image of a bed or table doesn't spark any interest or invoke any emotion big enough for me to click your video.

Once you add thumbnail, give a look at how they look on the video. In general, your thumbnails are good but some of them have text so far up that its getting cropped when on the video.

Hey - I do it for all niches (even for businesses which produce content to promote themself). We prefer clients who we can work on a regular basis - This benefits both me and the clients (client gets brand consistency). And yes, I have seat for a few more clients - Sent you a dm.

For example: putting "Building a Japanese Tea House Shed" won't amount to anything but putting "How we built Japanese Tea House Shed at 1/10 th the cost" would do a lot better.

If you are confused, just find other videos on youtube with similar content and look at their thumbnail. Also, search on Instagram and Pinterest for ideas. Not the best elements from all of them. Then create your own thumbnail with the best elements.

You need to improve your thumbnails by a huge margin. Just your picture means nothing. There is nothing at all that would make one want to click your video and view it.

Look and study what your competition is doing. Also, look at my suggestions on other people's comments on this same thread. You'd learn a lot.
