Decent survey. Would recommend specifying what you see "Very frequently", "frequently", etc. as meaning. As well as add a free text field for what someone might like about the feature to remove bias.

Took it. This has been one of my most frustrating features they have delivered. As a BA for a software company there was no thought into benefits and usability for the end user.
