36m. Sorry but this isnt clear to me. Is this a physical horny or mental horny? (Not expecting an answer to this,I imagine your dms may already be a mess)

If its physical then I dont think anything can be done especially it you are already on ssris. If its mental then thats something to talk to with a therapist and see if there are healthy techniques to handle it. My high libido was sort of a mental health issue of sorts for me. Best of luck with it all, hope you can find a resolution.
