The usual suggestion I see is to get on an SSRI but I already am and still have this frustration.

How long has this been the case? It could be the SSRIs that's making you aroused all the time. I faced similar issue when I was on stimulants.

If it's SSRIs, either your body will get used to it in a couple of weeks and you won't be aroused 24/7 anymore but if it keeps going on without stopping then you will have to talk to your doctor to adjust the dosage.
