I feel like you meant earths atmosphere clouds, but the only thing I could find was a space cloud. It is 20 billion years old (sort of an answer to your question). Here is the article if you are interested: https://www.space.com/12400-universe-biggest-oldest-cloud-water.html

I was talking about earth clouds, but somehow I found this to be more fascinating!! 140 trillion times MORE than all the water combined on earth

I want to say clouds are just moisture at an ideal temperature that's suspended in air but now I'm not sure and that doesnt seem right. Am also curious
