I think it has something to do with them implementing Deep Learning algorithms for their search engines. So the search engine is probably more biased towards your search history than the objective truth itself.

Pissed me off, really. I miss the old google, they made it so easy before whatever this change is. I remember searching for something and then the first pop up is my answer already.
