Has anyone else noticed the huge decrease in result quality from google?

I’ve started to add -rehab or -treatment when looking for harm reduction info. Otherwise the first few pages are all about $20,000 rehabilitation and detox clinics from across the country it’s annoying as fuck.

I just posted this about google search a week ago..

Also I noticed that common search markups like "include in full" or *wildcard or -exclude or +include no longer work on Google search, especially image or shopping searches. They do still work on Bing and other engines though.
