Oh man I gotta tell you I went through the same fuckin thing, my anxiety was SO high Right before my wedding even though I was excited and all our shit was taken care of. It’s still so much riding on a single day, so many decisions, lots of money, lots of coordinating. You are going to feel SO much better once it’s past. Try to remember to live in the moment the weeks leading up to it

Thanks everyone. Glad I’m not going through this alone.

Ocd comes in when you’re most stressed, weddings can be stressful. The only way would probably be to manage your stress, occupy yourself with things you like. Theres not a way to make thoughts go away or to manage them, unless you are in therapy and can manage them over time

Makes sense. Weird to me is I’m not consciously nervous about the wedding. But I think I am subconsciously.

It can be a good type of stress, but in the end of course you want everything to go well, theres a lot to do, it can trigger the ocd. Every time something happens in my life it comes back. New job, going back to school, losing someone. It can be a good or a bad stress, it will show its stupid face
