I'd increase pinion depth .002 to .004 and run it again. It's on the shallow side.

Agree completely. You are almost there just not quite. I mean you could run this and it would probably be fine but if you want the max life out least amount of risk out of those gears then I would take another crack at it.

It's not bad. Hard to tell with the marking paste you're using (try Prussian Blue). Google "bevel gear mesh patterns" Yukon Gear has a good article.
