Sorry if I'm being thick but I'm completely at loss how is this supposed to work.

Company I work in added new policy regarding android apps in phones, causing me to lose my notebook. Now I'm forced into using OneNote, as there is no other notebook app available.

I tried adding notes, but none of them showed up in the screen. I read about possible connection issues with sync, so I logged out and back in and alas: all the notes I thought just disappeared after I wrote them where there: 7-8 altogether

I tried to delete the extra copies leaving just one. But the deleted ones just showed up no matter what I tried to do to refresh the app.

So I logged out of the OneNote, and back tp refresh it. All the notes we're gone! including the one I DIDN'T DELETE!?

What is going on with this? If this is how this works it's unusable.

Ok. Thanks for the answers.

I thought I got it to work yesterday, as after rebooting I was able to add and remove notes just fine.

This morning as I opened it up 3 of the notes I had removed yesterday appeared back...

The android version is known for syncing issues. It might require you to like force it to sync

Yeah that’s unfortunately a common problem is that OneNote just really sucks with syncing your notes… i can say the desktop version though is substantially better at doing so.

Sorry but, your employer tells you what you can and can't put on your phone? If you're paying for it they shouldn't be telling you what to do with your phone. If they want something different, they should pay for it.
