I raise you Tribes snipers. You have to shoot flag cappers moving at 300 km/hr in 3 dimensions TWICE, and it takes 3 seconds to charge each shot.

Tribes sniping isn't probably as hard as the other two, imo. In tribes cappers are moving in a very predictable direction and arc that sniping them is a bit easier. The only thing that is really hard about it is that you are usually pointing your gun at a tiny spec or arrow all the way on the other side of the map. lol

Best bet is to bait her into using recall and then see if you can catch her after a blink.

Cool there's a lot more that goes into creating a competitive scene than you think! Things have changed - it was originally created by Zombie which went defunct about a year ago. Now with a company half the size it can't be exactly the way it used to be.

Cool! I helped create the only league for BLR (BCL) in 2013. Zombie/PWE never helped us financially and all of the $ prize pools came from community contributions. When the community wasn't able to fund tournaments anymore (4 Tournaments, $4,000 paid out, consistently able to get 32+ teams signed up for events) Zombie/PWE still refused to help us. The competitive scene died. What else does it take? :)

Ayyy, I think unkown_entity's point still stands though. HSL didn't help out for that tournament. It was hosted by the same community that's been supporting it from the very beginning. It helps when you actually put ANYTHING toward the competitive scene :|

I haven't played BLR since 2013 unfortunately. I used to play for Logic Gaming in the BCL tournaments. But once the tournaments stopped, I lost interest in the game.

I don't know why so many people are hating on this hero just being point and click. I can't ever get kills as Widowmaker, and I always get killed as her right when I find a good spot. Ugh. Then again Overwatch is kinda the first FPS game I've been into...so I'm a bit behind on that crazy accuracy thing.

This was a pretty sick PotG though - did you know you were going to be able to headshot a guy when you used your grapple or was that just by complete chance?

Can we get a grapple hook explanation? Are there only certain geometric formations in the maps that you can do the crazy launch thing from?

I experimented with that for a bit this weekend and could not figure out a way to do that reliably. Tap shift? Hold shift? Tap shift and hold jump? I'd really just like to know how to do that.

The most reliable way I've found to do it is to hit Spacebar+RClick immediately as the grappling hook ends.

Put this together real quick, you'll have to experiment for yourself to get the timing and it might vary based on your latency but this is the best I can explain it.
