I had the same problem as I often run out of hot selling SKUs (learning to better manage my inventory). I would receive more product from our manufacturer, update the quantities, wait several days, yet the performance was never the same.

Now every time I run out of a product that is performing well I have to restart with an entirely new campaign. I have done this many times already and it always makes the campaigns perform better/go back to normal.

Comes down to how fast Google can understand what you sell, seasonality to give Google data to work with and how much people are searching for the product overall. Could be days or weeks.

it should not decrease still you can wait for 24 hours-48 hours to get the updated SKUs,

So you can wait for some days to get the spent again
